Ghostbuster's Profiles

Three of The Founders of The Jax Fl Ghostbusters

About the Jax Fl, Ghostbusters.

In Sept. of the year 1999 Dr. Sean Conner, Jonathan D. Russell, Crow, Bryan Malone, and Angela Dubois officially formed the Jax Fl, Ghostbusters. The mission statement at the time was: 'To relentlessly investigate alleged paranormal activity and psychic phenomena.' Although not widely known in the Jacksonville area and wondering if we would be taken seriously 2 months went by when we received our first few cases. From that day on we have provided investigation services on a free-of-charge basis. Also during our first year we devised our unique Spectral Classifications System, began the use of previously un-used/un-tried methods and tools of investigation, and jumped on the new technological advancements in this field.

In mid 2000, we had an organizational shift and unfortunately lost two of our founding members however, under the dedicated leadership of Dr. Conner the Jax GB forged ahead. At this time we began accepting applications for membership and started the lengthy process of interviewing potential candidates to see if they met our very high standards. Some passed, others failed, but the ones that made it were thoroughly trained, drilled, and perfected before they were allowed to lead an investigation team.

The millenium's approach caused our organization's activities to be tripled. Alleged sightings, encounters, possessions, and all manner of supposed paranormal activity seemed to hit the First Coast that year like a freight train however with a fresh group of newbies added to our ranks and our seasoned oldsters to guide them we, once again excelled even our own expectations.

In 2002, Dr. Conner served as the NE Florida Area Rep for the American Ghosthunters Society and had many of his articles published in the Ghosts of the Prairie magazine. Dr. Conner continues to be published by a number of paranormal research journals worldwide.

Now it's 2003 and the future is looking as great as ever. We are planning a trip to New Orleans on the invite of a fellow organization there for a joint 2-week investigation. We are receiving lots of e-mails daily for investigation services and for membership opportunities. The time has never been better to get involved with the ever-changing world of paranormal research and I urge anyone interested to PLEASE contact us with any and all questions you may have.

Thank you,
Dr. Sean Conner
